There has been 10 Possum traps installed and throughout May and June at the James McGregor Memorial Park. The mission here is to help the bird life and tree health thrive. There are a lot of Possums in the area, and will eventually damage all trees. When there are no more food sources on trees they turn to birds nests (eggs). This prevents the forest from rejuvenating.

Pest control here will help save this environment. The public can enjoy listening to more bird life in the future. They can also enjoy the forest’s canopy.
